Outline Building and Design is a boutique building company created by builder Peter Roberts and building designer Guida Roberts. They both have worked in the building industry independently for many years until in 2013 they decided to combine their expertise to build for clients. Outline Building and Design is all about offering one on one service to clients. Being a small business we are very competitive in price due to low overheads, but we offer the expertise and quality of a high end builder. Working with the builder as well as the designer means that your home and ideas are constantly being fine-tuned during the construction process, an option that is difficult for the volume builder. Our business offers a free initial design consultation with both the designer and builder in attendance.
INDIVIDUAL DESIGNS
Outline B & D provides individually designed plans customised to suit your block of land based on its topography and orientation.
We listen to your design brief and budget constraints and we put together a concept for your perusal.
RENOVATIONS
At Outline B & D we design renovations and additions. Considering the cost of buying, selling and relocating it makes sense to stay where you are.

SOLUTIONS
There are many rules and regulations these days which can affect a design considerably. Guida Roberts , building designer for Outline Building and Design , keeps up to date on changes in the Building Codes and local shires.
By being familiar with the rules and incorporating them in the design, it avoids last minute changes which may be detrimental to the overall concept

At Outline Building and Design we don't just stop designing at the perimeter of your walls. The design of a house needs to take into account your outdoor living area and your streetscape. We spend time with you talking over your future plans, such as adding a pool or a water feature or even just simple planter walls that add to the street presence of your home.

Peter Roberts has been working in the building industry for over 25 years. He has been a registered builder since 2000. His back ground is estimating, scheduling and site supervising for different prominent builders in the residential market.
