Guida Roberts is a building designer specialising in new homes and renovations. She started her own business in 2003 after having held various jobs with prominent builders in the Perth building industry.
Her designs are custom designed to suit the topography and orientation of the land, the clients design brief and most importantly their budget. Her clients would ideally approach her at the time of purchasing a block of land, to ensure the block is suitable for what they want to achieve.
Her speciality is two storeys for narrow or small blocks, but she is diverse in all aspects of design.
Guida Roberts has built many homes in conjunction with her builder husband and therefore has a lot of experience with construction methods and most importantly the cost of materials and labour. She has experience from the concept stage to the final key hand over stage.
