Builder & Site Supervisor - Peter Roberts

Peter Roberts has been working in the building industry for over 25 years. He has been a registered builder since 2000. His background is estimating, scheduling and site supervising for different prominent builders in the residential market.
Peter started building his own projects in 2001, building his own homes and doing developments with his family.
In 2013 he teamed up with his Building Designer wife Guida Roberts and upgraded her design business, Outline Building and Design, to a registered building company focused on building unique homes for clients preferring to deal with the builder on a one on one basis.
Peter’s skills in office management are crucial in current times where building has become about obtaining permits, complying with forever changing codes and ensuring building sites comply with safety standards.
His skills in estimating are also invaluable as it allows his quantities to be on point so little wastage occurs on site.
Being both the registered builder and the site supervisor for Outline B & D means that homes are built to the best practice possible, resulting in a better finished home for the client.
