Guida Roberts is a building designer specialising in new homes and renovations. She started her own business in 2003 after having held various jobs with prominent builders in the Perth building industry.
Her speciality is two storeys for narrow or small blocks, but she is diverse in all aspects of design.
Guida Roberts has built many homes in conjunction with her builder husband and therefore has a lot of experience with construction methods and most importantly the cost of materials and labour. She has experience from the concept stage to the final key hand over stage.
